Thing's to come...so stay posted!

It has definitely been a long time since I've posted anything...and there are several reasons, some valid and others...well things happen! lol Anyways, for those of you who have visited, I apologize for my inconsistency. I will be posting the Lake Tahoe Xterra race report, soon, along with pictures and videos from the trip...it was amazing! I think I'll let the images speak for themselves. I am also looking forward to next years race schedule; Figuring out my training plan and assessing what I want to accomplish in terms of my fitness goals.
